I have posted a free (Pay what you want) extension on DMsGuild titled "ID All".

The extension should be ruleset neutral, I've tested it in CoreRPG, 5e, and PFRPG.

The extension adds a button to the parcel and party sheet that is visible only to the GM. Clicking the button will mark all items as identified.

If I click it a second time, will it make all such items unidentified?

No, its one way only.

Although, it wouldnt be terribly difficult to add an "UnID all" button as well
