hey folks.. i'm not sure if this the proper place for this, but i only play 5e so i'll ask here and the mods can move it to the proper place if needs be,
anyway, recently while looking thru GMWintermute's stuff... which i love BTW, so simple to use... i could have sworn he had posted among with other stuff a tool to create a overlay for streaming (i could be horribly wrong in this and just dreamed it or misread something)... however... now trying to search for it, i can't seem to find it... does anyone know where i can if it did exsist (begining to seriously doupt my sanity here :P)
