Trouble with Manually Building Characters

I am trying to migrate my campaign over from Roll20 into FGU. When we started the campaign only one of my players built his character using the point system included in 2e, the others used the roll 4d6 method to determine their ability scores. I haven't found a way to manually input their ability scores. Is there a way that I do that?

once you finish building everything out using drag and drop
try and ctrl+scroll wheel to adjust the attributes
