Percentile Dice or D100

Is it possible to get percentile dice to display on the desktop using the gameelement.xml file? I realize you can access it with the radial menu on the d10 model but I was looking to have them on the desktop.

It's done using icons on the desktop in CallofCthulhu and RolemasterClassic that generate the d100 roll when dragged or double-clicked. There's no way to do it in FGC, since the ones die won't get auto-generated. It may work in FGU (since FGU natively handles the ones die for d100), but this hasn't been tested.
