Random Token Swapping after placing encounter

Hi guys,

I vaguely remember, someone reporting this before, but couldn't find the thread.

I noticed tokens changing after adding encounters to the combat tracker.
At first the tokens will appear the as the right ones, however after a few clicks on the CT-Tracker they will then change to random tokens that are from the token folder.

Version v4.0.0 ULTIMATE (2020-07-16), macOS Cataline 10.15.6, ruleset 5e

Ruileset? Version? Extension? Screen shots? Token examples (i.e. which are switched for which?)

I loaded a campaign without extension and the problem did not re-occur there.
So its not something for the developers to look at.

It was caused by 5e Death Indicator Extended FGU

So an extension designed to switch tokens was switching tokens ? *G* Just not when it was supposed to :)
