I've put together a PCGEN xml output sheet for Personalities that's working reasonably well. Is there some place to host it?
You'll still need to copy and paste the XML into your campaign's db.xml file -- and update the <id-XXXXX> </id-XXXXX> tokens, but it's convenient if you're comfortable with doing that sort of thing.
