Help posting an LFG

I am trying to post an LFG for a campaign that is already in progress and I am looking for additional players. I submitted an LFG, and it seems to be on the calendar, but not in the list. It is DnD 5e, Lost Mine of Phandelver, and it is scheduled for July 24 at 7PM EDT. I also want to put in a password to join. Where do I do that?
