All,

Version 2.1.3 of the ruleset is on Test. Please feel free to test it out and let me know if you come across any issues caused by this update. This will replace the fixes extension from the 2.1.1 Bugs post as well as adding a few bonus changes.

Changes
--[Fixed] Damage Resistance worked in reverse of the way it should have
--[Fixed] Initiative order ties based on Init modifier
--[Fixed] unintentional non-lethal criticals when result is <= 0 HP
--[Enhancement] Changed damage output text to show how much stamina was used
--[Fixed] Players unable to drop items onto partysheet
--[Fixed] Vanguard adding 8+CON stamina
--[Fixed] Error on character import

Work nicely, good job.
Just had one issue comming up: units with the same Initiative count and the same Initiative bonus get reordered when they change target and based on whos turn it its. This doesn't change the functionality, which works great. It's just a little confusing if it happens.
