How to start a thread with an image embedded in it. Anytime I try it just puts a hyperlink. So how do I start a new post with a picture? I’ve tried both adding a jpeg and using a link. I know I’ve done it in the last. But it doesn’t seem to work anymore.

When I start a new thread, in the tool bars for the post, there's an icon for "insert image". That should work, shouldn't it?

Yes, click on the icon for Insert Image; click on select file and then upload.

If you have a URL to the image, you can wrap it in the img tags to embed it in the message.
like this. remove the spaces between the []
