Moving a PFS 2e Character from HLO to FG?

How can I move some of my characters from HeroLab Online (HLO) to an FG game?

There are no automatic tools that I am aware of that convert HLO character files to FG character files. You would need to build the PC in a PF2 tabletop on FG directly; unless someone else is aware of tools that will do that.
