Increasing a PCs Spell save by Effect

Hello,

One of my PCs recently picked up a +1 Rod of the Pact Keeper. I was wondering if there is a way I can add the +1 to Spell Save and +1 to spell attack without manually adding this effect to each spell. If this is able to be done via an effect (much like how having a +1 to saving throws is done) that would be ideal. Thank you in advance for any suggestions and help :)

There isn't an effect that will do this but all you need to do is add the bonus into the Spell Power group https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/884824/5E+Character+Sheet#Spell-Power-Group
