View Full Version : Missing 'tag' in magical shields?

It seems all the magical shields (spellguard shield, spined shield, etc.) are just treated as items when you add them to your inventory -- by that I mean that clicking the "Shield Raised?" radio button on the Main tab or Combat tab of the character sheet doesn't do anything.

As a workaround, I've been adding a Steel Shield to my inventory, and then copy-pasting the traits, effects, stats and description of the magical shield I use. I'm wondering if there could be an easier way I can do this (maybe changing what's typed in some of the fields?)

Also, it would be nice if these were eventually correctly formatted in the Core Rulebook file.

Hey Coriolis,

I've reported this previously here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?50248-Pathfinder-Second-Edition-Core-Rules-module-(not-PFRPG2-ruleset)-info-and-feedback&p=517276&viewfull=1#post517276

My post mentions a workaround that requires you to only enter the shield specific things like AC bonus, hardness, HP and BT.

Hope this helps you a bit.
