I assume it's a font. I assume one is for FGC and one is for FGU?? Any chance these boxes could expand/scroll horizontally?

Language Fonts for when PCs do/dont understand the language.

They are the official D&D fonts for languages. There are two because there is the base D&D ruleset and then another one for Forgotten Realms which has (FR) at the end of it (which made me think "French" when I first saw them!).

Unfortunately it looks like the interface has changed recently so there is no way to see the full name of the extensions (at least that I can find). You only need/want to have one of them loaded at a time. At least on my version I can tell you the bottom of the two is Forgotten Realms and the top is the "non-specific" set of fonts.
