I tried doing some searching but it appears most of what I found was old and out of date.

Here's the situation:
I have a player who wants to use the Enhanced Ranger class from UA while also using the Ranger subclass of Horizon Walker. Is there a way to put those together so he automatically gets those features added as if he was using the standard Ranger class?

I've tried seeing what happens just using the Enhanced Ranger class and it doesn't give a choice of subclasses at all right now. I'm using FGU if that helps.

Hi zmiddleton and welcome to FG.

The Enhanced Ranger was created as a single class without any archetypes since there wasn't a way to create it otherwise. You can either just use the normal Ranger and add in the bits from the UA that are needed whenever the player reaches the appropriate level or you can add an archetype to the enhanced ranger. See the second video linked here on how you can do that https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?37112-New-Class-Creation-Video
