GM losing control over map and player tokens

Anyone having issues with GM losing GM control over the map and tokens? I start the server, and when the players all load in and the map is loaded, I, as the GM, lose control of the map pins for the information, and cannot select any of the player tokens, nor see their lighting.

Are you unlocking the image and changing the image mode at any point? If you are not in Play mode, you can't interact with tokens or shortcuts.
