Is there a way to be notified, as the GM, when a Player has gone over their encumbrance and needs an effect adding?

Checking sheets every now and again isn't efficient.

I mean, I guess I could trust my Players....

No I don't think so. Nothing on the Party sheet which would be the obvious place.
