Font problem in FGU

This is from the PFS Module The Mosquito Witch:

Don't quite know where to put this but the quotation marks and apostrophe
don't show up properly in FGU. It shows up properly in FGC.

They have used invalid characters that were still displayed by FGC even though they were not strictly compliant.

This happens in Storm Kings Thunder as well (purchased from the FG store, no modifications). Check out the final chapters, happens all over the place in there.
