i bought the 2nd ed books and still they wont load, keeps wanting me to buy them?

I just got the players hand book and the I, strahd campaign and cannot load them at all or find them? some help would be apprciated?

Hi Enix Are we talking about FG Unity here or FG Classic?

Where did you buy the books the Store or on Steam?

If for Classic and you bought them on Steam did you sync your Smiteworks and Steam accounts?

Did you update FG after your purchase? Do you see the purchases in the store drop down under Purchase History if you bought from the Store?

it Is fantasy grounds on steam not sure if unity or classic but I don't have ultimate licence, it shows on my steam dlc that I bought the books. but when I go to create a campaign it doesn't allow me to load them and they don't appear?
