Is there a way to reset my FG password that *doesn't* involve a bunch of BS?

Because I've been trying to put in '7', 'seven', 'Seven', '7 kobolds' and 'Seven kobolds', and nothing f---ing works, and I really just want to update my game without throwing my desktop computer through a wall, that would be peachy.
