Clock/Countdown Timer

I realize this could probably go in any thread, but I only play 5e, so here goes...
Is there any type of time device.. doesn't have to actually be a real clock, as long as i can adjust it manualy, but rather just a device to display on screen,
What i need it for is this,
the party is about to enter a tomb, they have 24 hours to finish what needs doing before the tomb seals back up... if they don't make it in time, the tomb will seal and they will have to find a secret way out which i can use as a skills challenge,
but i would like some way to display the pressure of the passage of time while they try to figure out the tombs secret

Use the calendar, update the time and click the speech bubble next to the time to post to the chat window occasionally?
