Ability to lock dice rolls?

Is there an ability for the GM to lock the chat bar of dice rolls?

I noticed there is a 'halt' option, but it appears to be just an emote. Is there anything I can press which would prevent players from rolling 100 dice whilst everyone else is trying to play?

Yes, you can have a vicious monster appear every time that someone does this. The Monster should relentlessly pursue the culprit.

Start your game early. Put the player tokens on some irrelevant map that has LOS built in. Let them play around opening doors, experiencing LOS. Let them roll a millions dice. Then when they are done playing, start the actual campaign. Also let your players know that they can roll outside of chat anytime they want, and it won't mess with everyone else.
