I was wondering since we have to do a lot of our own scripting for spells, adding monsters/NPCs, adding new magic items, etc. I was wondering if someone knew of a definitive tutorial on how all of the different scripting pieces work. You know, sometimes it has to be lowercase, sometimes the first letter is or can be capitalized. Creating monsters stat blocks and spell lists are downright baffling. Where do I edit Magical Armor so that it properly adds the right amount of AC? Weapons? Magic Items. I mean, Shields in PF don't even add AC in some cases, they show up as weapons. I think it would be nice to put together a guide on how this is all done for those of us who like to play, but are not coders or scripters. Thoughts? I know there's a web page that shows some of it, but it's confusing and incomplete.

Thanks for your time.

I''m guessing for the Pathfinder ruleset? If so here's a link to the effects wiki for that ruleset https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/950877/PFRPG+and+3.5E+Effects

Moved to the PF forum.

Look in the Wiki for guidance on the Pathfinder details: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGU/pages/950458/PFRPG+and+3.5E

There’s also lots of examples in the community modules: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?16074-List-of-Modules
