Unable to load ruleset file

Hi,

I recently purchased a new computer, and when I installed Fantasy Grounds via Steam, the following error message appears: "Ruleset: Error: Unable to load ruleset file (base.xml) Do you want to try reloading data? "

Well, I tried to reinstall it a few times, and it still doesn't work. What should I do?

Are you using any extensions?

Go into your FG Data / ruleset folder, delete the corerpg.pak file and re-run an update.

If that doesn't fix it, repeat but delete the pak file for the ruleset you are trying to use.

If that doesn't work, please provide us a screenshot of your ruleset folder including the details (file sizes) and let us know what ruleset you are using.

I use only the basic package, as I have a lot of books, I use the program to organize my ideas and maps, and roll the dice.
