I have both FGC and FGU Ultimate licenses and host 3 games a week currently on FGC. All works great and has done for years!!!!!

I am about to move one of my games to Unity, and I am hoping for a similar experience (fingers crossed - it is still in beta after all!!!).

My son is thinking of buying FGU Ultimate and moving his VTT game - from a different platform. (which happens to be the same date/time as my FGU game).

Will there be any issues with two FGU Ultimates (with different license keys) running games from the same IP address at exactly same time? (subject to internet capacity of course).

Any ideas ......

I don't think you'll be able to do that, but I'm no techie.

What you can not do is have

FGU, when you use cloud brokering uses a semi-random port, and each port done via cloud uses a unique port. So, if you use FGU with a cloud brokered connection, then you will not have a problem. If you use FGU with a LAN connection, one of you will have to specify a different port. Much easier to do in FGU than FGC. And the players will also have to know to enter a different port number.
