BUG: d20 sometimes rolls a 0, unmodified

This happened several times in our game last night, where the DM rolled an NPC attack and recieved a dice result of 0 before any modifiers.

Is the GM running any extensions?
Can the issue be recreated consistently?

The output to the chat window is actually after all the ruleset code has recalculated all sorts of information, including possible the dice themself. So, that's just a display of what the ruleset passed to the window. I need more information on what scripts are running to figure out; and specific steps make it very easy to track down. Without being able to recreate, I'm basically guessing in the dark.

Removing extensions is a good first step, as those may not be ready for FGU, and could possibly be causing issues.
