Selecting Multiple Lists in a Dropdown Menu? Possible?

Example: for NPCs instead of ALL and filtering at the bottom, is there a way to select more than one option (from the dropdown) like MM and Volo's even if you own more modules?

I tried shift + click and CTRL + click and have checked the forums, but I fully admit I may have missed it.

No, the filters aren't designed to work that way.
