Does anyone know if Fantasy Grounds client will work on a Kindle Fire 10" ?

Sort of. It doesn't run natively on tablets, however people have successfully used tablets to access instances running on a computer somewhere else:

Despite the name, t works on iPads too. And it includes someone who has the computer in a different country from where he is when he DMs. So, yes you should be able to get it working as long as there is a computer for the tablet to connect to. But it is not going to be simple:
