Effect duration and end of target's next turn

Is it possible for an effect that I create as part of a spell/action to use the end of the target creature's next turn or do I always have to change "Initiative to adjust on" in the combat tracker manually if that is the case? :confused:

Use the new End of turn duration reduction, but you'll need to set the unit value of the target manually.
