Hello I was just wondering if you lose your license number someway or another, does this website keep track of your license number when you bought the product?

I did lose my licence and they were able to retrieve it for me. do a search for lost serial number and you should be able to find some posts about it.
I had to talk to the site where I purchased it. they looked it up sent me the SN and a new link to redownload the program.

they were very helpful.

I know they keep it when you buy it direct from the FG store.

I'm not sure about purchasing it from other sources...

You can also select to "Store the information for this purchase on my account" while purchasing from Fantasy Grounds Store. Then the order history shows the license number and download information.
