NPC Action to put GRANTDISATK on itself for 1 round

Hello.
Firstly sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

I am trying to set up an NPC (the Infantryman from "the king's army" and am trying to configure his Defensive Posture.

What i'm having trouble with (and am starting to think might not be possible) is setting up the action that will cause attacks against him to be at disadvantage.
I've found i need to use GRANTDISATK but i'm not sure what other perimeters i need to enter.

I tried reading the wiki but can't figure it out, if it's even possible.

If it's not possible, whats the best way to go about this? just making a custom effect and doing it manually from that?

What ruleset? You are better posting such questions in the forum which is specific to the ruleset you have a question about.

You'll need to create the effect on a PCs action tab (or in the effects dialoog) and apply it to the NPC from that.
