Notes not staying shared from session to session

Hello! Has anyone else experienced notes not staying shared with a player from session to session? Also, is there any way to re assign or change the owner of a document? Once my players had to change to unity, this changed their names, so they no longer have access to their noted from when i was running in classic. I might just have to recreate them..

Recreating them in UI is probably the safest. (You could edit in XML directly, but make backup first.) There's no mechanism to re-assign an owner of a record in the UI.

I just recently heard reports about sharing not staying in place; so I still need to investigate that.
