i don't really use a PC, i'm a mac user using a PC for the sole purpose of FG. How do you take a screen grab with Windows? thanks.

Print Screen, or Alt+Print Screen to capture just the active window/app.

Using either of those key combos captures the image to the clipboard. You then need to go into a graphics editing program to paste the image so you can save it to a file.

No... FG dumps it into the FG directory as a .jpg and a name like Screenshot001.jpg.

At least when using just the Print Screen key... not sure about the Alt-Print Screen.
