So what do you think of the possibilty of making Modern Maps with SmartDraw (https://www.smartdraw.com/exp/fpn/)?

Floor plan examples can be seen here (https://www.smartdraw.com/examples/view/index.aspx?catID=.Examples.SmartDraw.Floor_Plans).

Example:
https://img385.imageshack.us/img385/3725/workplace990sqftlje0.th.jpg (https://img385.imageshack.us/my.php?image=workplace990sqftlje0.jpg)

Landscape examples can be seen here (https://www.smartdraw.com/examples/view/index.aspx?catID=.Examples.SmartDraw.Floor_Plans.L andscape_Designs).

Example:
https://img385.imageshack.us/img385/7994/park05lgi6.th.jpg (https://img385.imageshack.us/my.php?image=park05lgi6.jpg)

Urban street possibilities can be seen here (https://www.smartdraw.com/examples/view/index.aspx?catID=.Examples.Legal.Accident_Reconstr uction_Diagrams).

Example:
https://img243.imageshack.us/img243/6109/4wayintersectionaccidenin8.th.jpg (https://img243.imageshack.us/my.php?image=4wayintersectionaccidenin8.jpg)

Crime scenes here (https://www.smartdraw.com/examples/view/index.aspx?catID=.Examples.Legal.Crime_Scene_Diagr ams).

Example:
https://img243.imageshack.us/img243/1882/apartment2ler7.th.jpg (https://img243.imageshack.us/my.php?image=apartment2ler7.jpg)

Some of the landscapes can be a bit "bright", but they can be toned down, or even done in black and white. I have access to the program and was wondering what other people thought of the end product. There's also no restiction on what you do with the end product.

The maps you did look pretty good, especially since Smart Draw doesen't look like its meant to do this sorta thing. I like them :-)

Not my maps at all!!! :) Examples from the website, I'm getting to grips with the software now.

Can you snap it to a grid? The FG grid in the map tool is OK, but sometimes having it on the map helps. :)
