The notes page of most character sheets has an appearance field. It would be great if when you hovered over the character portraits of the other players, it put up a tooltip (or something) so you could "see" what they look like. It would be completely under player control what everyone else sees. But at least there would be somewhere where you could "see" the other PCs. The tiny little portrait is usually not very detailed.
