Just a quick question, I am equipping this new character. I watched some slightly dated YouTube videos on this subject and when selecting an adventurer or dungeoneer's pack on the Inventory screen, it would display all of the components within this pack.

I selected the pack per the equipment list and it only shows the actual pack and does not display all of the contents within the particular pack selected. Did I do something wrong or is this right? Is there a way to show everything in the pack within the inventory list when equipping a new character?

Unload the SRD and load the PHB and retry.

I assume you are talking about 5E? In general, please try to post ruleset specific questions int he appropriate forum.

I believe this is a known issue with the SRD in 5E D&D. I believe the PHB works correctly. If you can verify ruleset and source you are using, we can provide more details. If a bug, it should be reported in the correct bug thread for the ruleset (which I think this is and has already been, if 5E).

Moved to the 5E forum.

Please post questions specific to D&D 5E in the 5E forum. The Tavern is for generic discussions on Fantasy Grounds.

Sorry, Thought since it was with Fantasy Grounds, that the Tavern was the right place to post the question. Thanks for the clarification.

The rule set was 5e. I will unload SRD and reload PHB and try it out....thanks!

This whole website is for Fantasy Grounds.

The 5E subforum is for posting questions specific to the Fantasy Grounds 5E ruleset.

Posting in the right area prevents wasted time with people asking which ruleset you're talking about or maybe assuming you're talking about something else. And if someone doesn't use the 5E ruleset they can decide to not read your post and spend their time on the forums more efficiently.

That makes sense.....I will pay more attention next time. I expect to post many more times as I work through all of this.
