Toggle grid snap

Either this isn't working or i've set up something incorrectly.

My character tokens do not snap to the grid. i.e. a character token can settle itself halfway between two grids on the map

Tokens snap to the center of the grid, plus the corners and half-way along each edge - there are nine snap points in total (top left, top middle, top right, middle left, middle, middle right, bottom left, bottom middle and bottom right). This is to support tokens greater than 1 square in size.
