Staves (specifically of Healing)

The staves in FG (Classic) are not built as weapons. I can still swing with the darn thing (obviously only in extreme cases), but couldn't you also attach a +1 striking rune to a Staff of healing? It is still a favored weapon of Nethys.

Bottom line, how can I either edit the one in game (it says it is read-only) or create a new one from scratch in FG (classic)?

Make a copy of any current weapon/item but dragging the link within the campaign data list (click the "Items" button from the desktop sidebar).
