Pop up a Story entry

I know this should be simple, but for the life of me, I cannot find a way to do it, and I'm throwing in the towel after far too long trying to figure it out on my own.

What is the function to get an already created Story entry to pop up on the host?

I've looked at the Message of the Day extension, but that is created to send the info to the clients and display it there. So it's not what I want.

The obvious answer: Interface.openWindow

I just could not find the function for far too long...
