This occurs in FGC with SWD and SWADE rules both: In addition to the portrait images being 'invisible' in the Character Portrait Bag window, the Portrait image remains 'invisible' on the Character Sheet. The weird part is that the Portrait does show up in the Chat window when a character makes a trait roll, attack, etc. This problem does not exist in my Hellfrost setting. The console log has these lines after loading the Hellfrost LoF Modules:

[17.05.2020 20:01:47] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (charlist_base)
[17.05.2020 20:01:47] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (charlist_mask)
[17.05.2020 20:01:47] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (targetportrait_base)
[17.05.2020 20:01:47] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (targetportrait_mask)
[17.05.2020 20:01:47] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (miniportrait_base)
[17.05.2020 20:01:47] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (miniportrait_mask)
[17.05.2020 20:01:48] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (indicator_melee)
[17.05.2020 20:01:48] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (indicator_ranged)
[17.05.2020 20:01:48] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (indicator_throwing)
[17.05.2020 20:01:48] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (portraittoken_base)
[17.05.2020 20:01:48] Ruleset Warning: Could not load icon resource (portraittoken_mask)

These messages occur when the HF LoF is the only module loaded.

SOLVED: The Hellfrost Land of Fire.ext file is missing the png files that correspond to the icon resources above. I copied the correct pngs into the Hellfrost Land of Fire.ext file and now the portraits show up everywhere they are supposed to.

I pushed a new update of that product to remove the old references (used to point to file position in main SW ruleset which moved; but really was unneeded).
