Is there a way to set it in FGU such that when a PC casts the Comprehend Languages spell in Starfinder then it can create an effect that allows that PC to have a universal understanding of all different language fonts (like the GM does) until the effect expires or is removed?

I don't know if this is Core functionality or not but try adding one of the following to the languages known; Comprehend Languages, Speaks All, Understands All, Tongues

Yes, that should work fine for Starfinder as well as it is CoreRPG

But to answer your original question, there is no effect that I am aware of that can dynamically alter the list of languages that you have access to

Thanks! Ok, so for the purposes of that is supposes to last 10 minutes in game, I would need to manually add that to the PC's known languages and then remove it when the spell effect ends, correct?
