What does this add in terms of new gameplay mechanics or some type of new system, maybe vehicles like in starfinder?

The Weird Wars II modules are conversion of the printed products. It is setting for Savage Worlds, so the setting specific edges/hindrances are there.
It also brings tons of vehicles, aircrafts and weapons :)
All drag&drop in the same way as the regular ones from the base ruleset. Screenshot for reference.
