A way to add a bonus to concentration?

Hello, our campaign is now going to head into lvl 21+ territory and the DM has agreed that concentration spells are at a severe disadvantage there. Even with a +10 from my con save, we fail nearly every check. (The dangers of running an OP campaign i know). Now the DM is giving us a feature that basicly gives us +20 to our concentration saves. Is there a way to code it seperately from the constitution save? I've tried a few possible combinations, but I haven't succeeded so far. I'll let you know if I find something. Any input or ideas are welcome.
