Ready Actions

Can I ask how people use ready actions when using the combat tracker?

There's no particular technique. Player just says they are readying an action and when whatever the trigger is triggers they take their actions.

How do you handle it at the table? When the Ready Action 'triggers' you just pause where you are at and the PC takes their Readied action. No need to change who's active on the CT or anything since folks can act outside of when the CT says they are active.

And, if I remember correctly they must expend their Reaction to execute their Ready action so if they have done something like cast Counterspell or Attack of Opportunity they cannot do it. (Trying to do this from memory so I might be wrong) :)
