Elite/Weak Adjustments?

Is there is quick way to do Elite or Weak adjustments? Anything in the Bestiary module that handles that? Or should I just create an Effect with the bonuses/penalties?

Is there a way to boost or penalize a monster's save DCs with an effect, actually?

Not sure about a quick way, here's both effects:
Elite; AC: 2; ATK: 2; DC: 2; SAVE: 2; PERC: 2; SKILL: 2; DMG: 2
Weak; AC: -2; ATK: -2; DC: -2; SAVE: -2; PERC: -2; SKILL: -2; DMG: -2
