BUG: 5e Table's description

I happened to notice this thanks to one of my cats. When the table description is longer than 8 rows and you scroll the table, it will go out of the table dimensions covering its title.

Fields growing beyond the bounds of the forms that are supposed to contain them has been reported before, I believe the devs have what they need to repro and fix it.

That top field was designed more for a quick description; and the second tab for detailed notes. However, I've noted as FGU-1077 to investigate.
