How do a make a link from an entry in a description in the "Personalites" Window to a Character sheet?

Personalities are NPCs, are you asking about adding additional NPCs? A link from the description of an NPC to another one? If you're asking about how to add PC character sheets to the personalities window, or to link to a charactersheet from an NPC record, I do not believe there is a way.
