2 Novice Players, LFG D&D 5E Weekly Sundays

I would say evening at UTC-5. I'm free quite often, but school calls whenever. I don't have ultimate, though.

My wife and I are also interested in playing. I have over 10 years of D&D exp, but have only played 5e as a DM twice. My wife had only ever played once. We prefer evenings and are in PST. I have FGU ultimate and she has demo. Let me know if you need any more info!

PST is challenging. I'm in EST. I play with someone in Florida and there's tends to be quite the lag.
With a projected start of 7PM here and 4PM there; could that work?
