View Full Version : Next stupid question... the combat tracker and populating tokens on the map!

Hi there - I am sure this is somewhere, but I cannot find it!

When I load an encounter into the combat tracker, I can get all the tokens on the map by grabbing the "enemies" icon at the bottom of the combat tracker no problem - they all are brought onto the map so I can then arrange them.

My question - if I want to bring a single critter from the combat tracker onto the map (and not the entire set of bad guys), how do I do this? Until now, I have been having to grab the icon at the bottom... which means any existing critters on the map get dragged off from where they are to the group placement point. Very annoying, when all I want to do is bring just one more critter on...

I am probably being a blind as a bat, but any help appreciated!!

Drag the token on the left of the CT entry onto the map.

It is much easier however to pre-place your encounters during your preparation. Thus when you activate the encounter the NPCs are placed on both the CT and on the map where you want them.
