Heavy Armor Effect in Racial Abilities

Hello gang,

I'm new to this whole Fantasy Grounds thing, and I'm hoping someone can help. Is it not possible to add a [Heavy Armor +1] effect to a custom racial ability? If you have any thoughts, I'd appreciate it.
