a -1 circle in Saving Throws

hi , we are play a 5ed campaing in FG and we observ one of the chars have a -1 circle in INT save ( image ).
This value cant change if we modify the inteligence ability ( its 11 = 0 ) and there is no aparent state , illnes or similar to lock that save.
how i can know why its there ?or there is a bug ?

Somebody accidentaly changed the value with using the ctrl+mousewheel combination. You can adjust bonus/penalties by ctrl+wheel up or ctrl+wheel down
